This poses a significant challenge in integrating communication and data interoperability across agencies and communities.
“I believe that by creating that fabric of interoperability, we can start bringing agencies and communities together, creating communication and data sharing frameworks that can be used to fill technology gaps and pave the way for modernization.” Not just the modernization of technology, but the modernization of how agencies and communities are serving their citizens, as well as the skills that communities and citizens will acquire while engaging with modern technology, serving the wider community as a whole. Learn as much as you can about every aspect of your business, your customers, your end-users, and your partners. Build a culture as you build your business. They care about your people. They will be your greatest asset and their greatest champion. “
“Along the way, look to learn from the people around you and to give advice. The time that people share with you is the most precious gift that will be given to you and do not be afraid to give time to others. After all, don’t stop learning. “ Chrissy finishes.
